I only started stage 1 Monday was A and decided to try 15lbs on the Barbell squat and for the step ups I used 2x 12kg kettlebells. I haven't made it to workout B as I am now working nights and find it very hard to do any lifting.

Seriously? My boyfriend does this all the time but seeing as I am determined to be healthy and drop 4stone I have a little evil monkey on my back driving me away from temptation. If I had no control over what my Mum bought (living in her house, eating her food) I would still be careful.

I tend to log food after a decent nights sleep. for example I am on night shifts this weekend. Everything I eat tonight (Saturday till 0730 Sunday morning) goes as Saturday. Once I have a period of sleep and wake up Sunday evening I start logging for that day

Just read the whole book? Seriously is not that long and the movie adds stuff that doesn't happen in the book and they move 1or 2 chapters around....really pissed me off! I think it took me about 4 hours to read it and I stopped a lot of the time as I was at work.

I do HIIT 3/4 times a week usually on the rowing machine, crosstrainer or stairmaster. I love it, burns off calories so quickly and takes less time

I go to fitness first, I get 98% of the classes for free unless they get in a specialist trainer in then its about £3/4 for the hour session. We have a pool, 2 levels with a freestyle area.
