Hiya, I grew up in Luton and really do not suggest going running at night hehe. Trying to wrack my brain of where to go and tbh there's no where decent in the evening! During day light hours I would personally head to stockwood park up Farley Hill. Its huge and rarely run into anyone Hope this helps x

To lose weight you need to exercise. Yes you can lose weight from healthy eating, counting calories etc but that will only keep you going so long. Once your body uses the 'fat' up you hit a wall. Add exercise, eat a few more 100 calories and you will start losing again EDIT Work out your BMR..that is what your body uses…
