  • Well didnt get time to do the ab crunches on day 2 , but did do 10 ish on the 3rd along with 25 shoulder presses. So far today have walked 3 miles and climbed 36 flights of stairs - not too bad for a beginner. Will aim for more reps of each exercise next time they come round !!!

  • Have recently started using FT60, it is really quite motivating. Just havent worked out yet how to get my workouts to show as 'fat burning' I always seem to get 'fitness improving' I know this is not a bad thing but would like to be able to choose which to do. Technology pah !!! lol

  • Dont have any scientific facts to back this up but I find on the weeks I have to go more often I end up having a greater weight loss. If I dont go so often the weight loss is less. Guess all those lbs have to go somewhere - lol !!!

  • 15 mins on the cross trainer before tea. Am now getting ready to play cornet in band concert for rememberence day which mfp calculates at loads of cals burnt ( but it never seems that many) If I get home in time will walk the dog for 30-60 mins !!!
