I really appreciate all the advice & comments. It's nice to know I'm not the only one who's has this issue. My biggest problem is finding cute tops that fit, swimsuits where my boobs won't buldge out, or getting embarrassed cause they bounce too much when I do aerobics or run. Oh boy. I'm too stubborn to not do this run :( I might take some days off from running and focus on strengh training. So after you went to therapy have your knees felt better?
