Get an aerobics ball! Not only is it fun and bouncy, doing figure eights and crunches with it really isolate those abs and back muscles. I've had three kids and it has helped mean help build some awesome muscles that are slowly coming through. Also changing up your intensity to your workouts can help you shed more inches.

Are you on any birth control hormones? I struggle with migraines as well and have tried many things as well. Some grocery stores carry a brand called No Pudge brownies that are made from organic ingredients and all you do is add fat free vanilla yogurt to it and bake it. When i am in a fix, I make these and are not that many calories per serving and NO FAT:) Taste Awesome!

I usually drink 2 cups a day...too many more than that gives me stomach ulcers. I do find other sources of caffeine though when i need an extra boost in the afternoon. like AMP energy drink.
