  • I eat pop tarts. I have lost 47lbs in the last year or so. Healthy is relative to your entire lifestyle. I couldnt imagine someone telling me what my kid could or could not eat.

  • I usually log into my boyfriends MFP and post the recipes for him in his MFP for the things that I plan on making frequently. I havent found an easier way to do it....
  • Chicken Souvlaki salad. I marinate the chicken in the dressing and then grill it. Make a big salad with lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers, onion and cucumber. Then add a tablespoon of feta. Top with more dressing and eat with 1/2 a pita (or skip the pita for low carb).
  • i drink an "EAS ready to drink" protein shake and eat a banana before my weekend morning workouts. Good nutrition without being too full to work out. Plus they are pretty tasty.

  • I buy salmon at BJs, plain greek yogurt, turkey bacon, organic veggies, eggs by the 5 dozen pack (i eat lots of egg whites) and ground turkey. Also they have this raisin medley that has big fat juicy raisins that I put in overnight oats. BJ's has lots of great stuff. AND BJs is right next to my gym. Talk about convenient.…

  • I just discovered pure protein bars have a new "soft baked" variety. Low sugar and has 17 grams of protein per bar. Plus they taste like candy bars which is amazing. I also use EAS Carb Control Shakes for protein when I am on the go. Or whey protein powder if I have more time. Slim fast does have a high protein variety but…
