Yep, it really comes down to what you eat. Some people can work out all day and not lose a single kilo if they continue to eat over their daily calories. If you maintain a basic calorie intake of 1200-1400 a day you will lose weight, even without lifting a finger. Trust me, it works. :)

Honestly, weight loss is about 30% exercise and 70% diet. I lost my first 20kg on keto, it was great. I'm doing 1200cal diet now because I got sick of always eating nothing but meat and cheese but I found it pretty easy at the start. www.reddit.com/r/keto has a great database with lots of information and recipes if you're feeling stuck. :)

I lost 50kg by just eating 1200 cal or less a day with little to no exercise. I say little, because I walk 15mins to and from work everyday. However, I have started running and lifting weights now which I find much more enjoyable. I've lost a further 10kg (60kg to date) with this method and I find I lose weight more easily…
