  • I'm in too, But I only have 6 weeks to do walking because I have to go in for ear surgery and it will take 6 weeks to recover. But I can still alter the diet too.
  • walking is by far my favorite exercise. You clear head and help your body at the same time. I use a heartrate monitor to keep me at a pace that is adequate to lose weight. The last year has been hard for me because I manage to sprain both my ankles and had to go back to physical therapy. But my tape measure tells the story…
  • I'm playing volley ball with the same 25lbs since 2006 and I so want to get off this court. I have 50lbs to lose and I keep playing with the same 25. I don't care if a 747 hits me headon I don't want to gain anymore weight because of injuries or caustic relationships. So I need people to make me accountable.

  • I've had my baby for 15 years. It's manual no real bells and whistles but then power outages don't hurt it. I can change the resistance and it keeps accurate track of mileage and repetitions and it really helps me lose weight and firm up when I use it. Oh, it's a Proform 485e. In great condition.
