  • I'm in. Basically shattered the right side of my body in a very bad motorcycle accident 4 months ago. Leg, foot, every rib, shoulder, collerbone and scapula. After 4 months of sitting on my duff, my weight has ballooned. Leg still broke but i'm going back to the gym today and add MFP as part of the routine again.

  • Bump it up to 1500/cal and do about 30 -40 min of walking a day. I found this works for me. Also, I try to save my apple or yogurt as a late night snack

  • I know the feeling, I had / have the same problem. Evening munching has been my downfall. I sat last night with my head in my hand with the same feelings I had over a year ago when I quit smoking. I just have to remind myself I can power through it.   • break out the grill. I've got a gas grill and find I can shave a ton of cal and fat by using it vs. pan fry or bake in it's own grease. Yes I know it's 15 outside. but, do love my grilled food.
