May 30 - CW 190.4 down .2 lbs. not progressing as quickly as I'd like but it's still the right direction. I know what I have to do I just need to do it!

May 23 - CW 190.6 down 1.6 lbs. I need to start being careful. I find myself starting to slip back into old habits. I can't give up yet! I won't!

5/11/16 190.4 Down 1.6 lbs. I had a few setbacks this week so I'm still pretty happy.

May 9 - CW 192.4. Up .4 lbs. Slightly discouraged but realized I had a few set backs this week. I've come to the conclusion that I need to eat when I'm not feeling well physically. Not a good thing to do but something I need to work on.

Apr 17 - CW 197.8 Loss of 1.8 lbs. :) Not bad considering I had my belated Easter turkey dinner yesterday

4/13/16 198.8 Down 2.6 lbs! :) It's a good start so far. Starting to get into the routine again. I'm unable to exercise at the moment due to injury but trying to grasp the whole portion control thing is helping out.

Me: 7 LNS: 6* It's been a bad week. Leftover Halloween candy is not a good thing! I think it's time to put it out of sight out of mind. I'm not giving up though. I lost 3 lbs last week when I was a good girl. This week I gained half a pound. So it does work if I stick to it!
