Completed Level 1, Day 5 today!

I ended up taking a rest day yesterday, so I was able to get day 3 done today. Though still sore, it wasn't as excruciating as yesterday so I got through it fine. I definitely felt much stronger today. I guess the one rest day made a huge difference for me. Looking forward to day 4 tomorrow.

My body hurts so bad! I'm supposed to do Day 3 (Level 1) tonight, but I just hurt so much. Are we not supposed to take any day off at all in 30 days? No recovery time whatsoever? The body aches coupled with that time of the month is not proving to be a nice combination :-( Sheri.

Hi, I'm Sheri, and this is my first time ever attempting the 30 Day Shred. I completed Day 1 of Level 1 today. I'd really like to start the New Year healthier than I got into it this year, and I hope this will help to jump start my weight loss.

Just started Day 1 Level 1 today and it kicked my butt too! Legs feel a bit like jelly.... Not sure how I'm going to feel tomorrow, but plan to hang in there!

Amazing results. You've completely inspired me to stay focused! I'm also 5'7 with a 150lb goal. Can you advise me on what worked for you? And how long did it take? I recommitted to my weight loss journey last week at 190lbs and I'm down 3lbs this week. Ofcourse I realize that the weight tends to come off quicker in the…

Absolutely inspiring! I'm 5'7 and just started last week at 190lbs, so your post came just in time and has really motivated me to keep on going. My plan was to focus on cardio until I drop the first 10% of my weight and then start to add weights. Based on your experience, do you recommend adding weights right from the get…
