I know how you feel, its scary because I know I could put on weight with fatty foods, but I want lean muscle weight, i'm trying this eat a comfortable amount of calories to start with like 2000 a day weigh your self on mondays if you're still the same weight bump it up 200-300cals

Realistically everyone's different so that whole 1 pound of muscle a month thing is b.s. you could put on 2 even 3 depends on a lot of variables with a diet plan and supplements you could gain a lot especially for some one with high testosterone. Not trying to call you out or anything i'm just saying I do not believe…

I agree with this disagree lol, i'm 132lbs but i workout 2x a day lifting in the a.m. and boxing at night i need like 3500 to maintain otherwise I lose weight!

You do realize your body is always burning calories, even when not working out. probably like atleast 50cals a hour at least!

You could blend up some oats or almonds make some flour out of that, probably oats would be best, then soak the catfish in 2eggwhites roll it in the oat or almond flour then fry it in a pan with some extra virgin olive oil? i've never tried it but i have a hornpout in my freezer i might now hahahaha

I blend up a cup of blueberries with a cup of water or almond milk, and a half scoop of weigh and 5 ice cups and drink the whole thing!. cant beat a healthy fat burning smoothie for 140 cals
