I totally agree with you. I can think of more delicious mom and pop sub shops that use better ingredients and have better bread they bake themselves. I will usually only eat subway out of desperation, like if I am starving and its the only low cal option around(since they are everywhere).

I eat them probably a few times a week when I don't have time to cook dinner or run out of spinach for lunch. I like em and find most of them pretty good. JJennieO sells already formed burger patties. Probably just needs some seasoning on the top. You can also hit up Carls Jr. And try their turkey burger to see if you like it.

Apricot Chicken. Usually comes with asparagus I think. It is just a plain boneless skinless chicken breast, but the apricot sauce is good..

Its included in my gym membership(24hourfitness). Around $28/mo. They have all types spin, bootcamp, zumba, shadowbox etc. Btw, they have Zumba atleast 3x/week at my gym iirc.

You are a brave woman! There is no way I could keep up with a dance class lol. My brain can't keep track of all the steps lol. Thank you all for the encouragement, I am really looking forward to the next class :) Even though I wasn't perfect it was still fun!

I was totally going to ask her after class but there was a class coming in the second we were done. I don't know how I can get a chance to talk to her. There is a cycling class right before the class I was taking too. I am thinking of watching youtube vids and practicing on the steps when a class isn't in session.

I have 5mile fat burning walk and love it. I also have one that comes with the stretchy band. I prefer the faster pace of the 5mile fat burning walk tho. I will probably buy one more of her dvds :)

Congrats! I had a similar victory yesterday, I ran 5mph for 2miles with stopping for a couple of minutes to pick up a phone call from SO to huurry up cuz we are leaving the gym lol. But yeah, I felt great, I don't think I have run 2 miles non stop ever! Oh and a bonus, I didn't get shin splints for once. I don't know why...

I was terrible, worse than thanksgiving :( I made creme brulee, brie sourdough bowl, deviled eggs. We had 3 days different cakes, haam, prime rib, pasta salads, potatoes, omg. I ate a little of every thing!! I am so scared to step on the scale. I thiink once the left overs are gone I wont have a problem staying on track.

I think its the holidays. I haven't been exercising very much lately, going over on calories constantly. Just to busy and stressed out. No time or very much money to go to the grocery store to buy my healthy foods...I am still losing weight somehow. Just remember losing 2lbs a month is better than gaining! You are so close…

Really people? You guys just listed some of my fave foods, sea urchin, kim chi, muscle(tendon), lamb, tongue... I also regularly enjoy intestines :P I don't like salted dried squid. I hate raw mackrel. Makes me gag.

Spitting, people putting trash in the sink when the bin is right under the sink, not flushing, recycling(sorry but it just piles up and noone takes it to recycling place), men with long nails.

I have to bring my lunch to work every day. Its usually a spinach salad with a protein. I like to add corn and black bean salsa as dressing. I also bring a hard boiled egg...greek yogurts..a frozen entree if I don't have time to put together my salad. Progresso Light soups, just don't forget a bowl. Edamame as a snack. Of…
