When I lost 40lbs a couple years ago the stretch marks on my boobs got deeper :( They were old stretch marks from puberty so they were white and barely noticable..but they just got very deep and more noticable when I lost weight ..bwah!

Put a paper towel in the container/bag, it helps absorb moisture.

Yeah, sashimi is the way to go. They have good sashimi salads at some places. If you are set on a roll, get a cucumber wrapped roll. It has no rice, just fish wrapped in cucumber..soo good! I'd also opt for a spicy tuna roll, I don't thiink they put mayo, just spiicy sauce.

Thanks everyone! I am not sure of proper gym etiquette and whatnot, but I will definitely ask an employee now! I've had my membership for years so my orientation is long gone..actually I don't even remember getting one!

I will get flamed: Its overrated!! Its good, but I don't get why people make such a hype over it. I've had a lot of pho from many different places. I do them at least 4x a week. I usually do 5miles a day. It goes by so quickly and gets you sweating! I have 5 mile fat burning walk and Walking it off and Tone it Up(comes with resistance band, a lot of good arm exercising here). If you have a trader joe's near you , they have the best salad dressings in the refridgerated section! I am very picky about my dressings..don't really like ranch, hate italian/vinigarettes...but I love TJ's Cran.walnut gorgonzola, and Cilantro dressing! They have little chunks of cheese :)
