Its actually kind of hard to search for workouts on instant, like sometimes you have to type in thw whole name..if you just type "workout" nothing will come up. I've had luck just googling "workouts on instant netflix" or just "crunch". Or if you search for workouts for the mail in dvds, on the side they will have instant…

On instant they have a lot of Crunch videos, pilates, boot camp, yoga, dance etc. I like the selection from the mail in dvd section much more. They have lots of Jillian Michaels, Biggest Loser, Jari Love, Denise Austin, TaeBo. Its endless :)

I am eating the Pumpkin Squash ravioli right now..not a fan. Would not repurchase. The raviolis are good, but the sauce tastes like a weeird sour cinnamon sauce. It just clashes. I like the sweet potato with chicken one. Very low fat/cal.

Went out to dinner almost every other day. Lots or red meat and sodium. I love cream sauces, butter..*sigh* Forgot to add MCDs sweet tea daily or some kind of boba or starbucks..

I use it sometimes when I drink. I am half asian and get really red when I even have just one drink. Well I happened to take them and noticed I am less red when I drink. I think its bc green tea is an anti inflammatory(read in a mag). But as far as weight loss..I think maybe it just gives you a bit more energy to workout..
