i love my body bugg and was amazed at how off MFP and the cardio machines at the gym were at calculating calories burned ....i figured this can't work if my numbers are off !!

some of us lose slower and 6 weeks may be too soon to start with the scale .....your workouts sound awesome so keep that up and clean up your "diet" - if not, you will lose weight but it will be slow going - they are UNFORTUNATELY right when they say its 80% diet and 20% exercise .....

i took the free intro class and it was definitley challenging - i was sore in places that i didn't know existed....i liked it but i can see how it gets expensive , especially if you're like me and already have a traditional gym membership
