bump....i just started doing less cardio (25-30 mins of HIIT on the treadmil) and more "heavy" lifting ....less cardio means less room for error on my calore in take - wish me luck !! Best of luck to you - here's to amazing results :drinker:

according to your tracker you've lost a ton of weight - so you are definitely doing something right !! so i say F'em !! funk and sweat can't be helped when you are giving it your all ...wipe down your bike when your done , flip them the bird , and sashay on up outta there !!

HIIT on the treadmill...1 min of running at 5.5 mph and 1 min of walking at 3.3 mph ....blast those calories in a shorter amount of time !!

i went thru the same thing !! i thought "how diff can it be ?" LOL....stick with it and slow down - eventually you will get better and start to appreciate the beauty of running outdoors !!

darnit you are going to make me try c25k AGAIN ...i haven't stopped trying to jog but i just don't seem to be able to sustain for longer than 3 or 4 mins before i need to start walking for a bit then start again - thanks for the encouragement - its exactly what i needed today !!
