Definitely that's a great accomplishment @beecee13. I feel the same. It's helped so much in my endurance. I'm going to start jogging again pretty soon so we'll see how much better I do. Last time I went jogging I lasted 15 minutes.

Amen to that! Also find motivating quotes and pictures. I have so much motivating stuff in my phone and in my room. I post it on FB and Instagram. Here too. It helps me self-motivate.

I agree I like Month 1 much better. I eat about the same. Sometimes more sometimes less. I wish I had a HRM to know how many calories I'm burning. I know! It's crazy how you can burn up to 300 just by walking for 30-60 minutes (little to no effort) and only burn whatever the amount may be for doing such an intense workout.…
