How did you like it? I did that one yesterday today I have Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs. Since I don't have a remote for my tv I'll have to look up Cardio Abs on Youtube to get it done but it's great we have alternatives to get things done!

Hey Jeannie. This is m second round of insanity and it feels like the first. My advice to you would be take it slow. Don't over do it. Go at your own pace and keep your form. Don't try to go as fast as them you'll eventually be able to speed up once you get the moves down and your mind is focused. Take it day by day.…

I started T25 last week. I'm starting off slow. I did it twice last week. Nearly killed me with how sore my thighs were. I could barely move. 5'3.5" here. Started at about 203. Down to 155.6 as of today. I've been losing and gaining for years. I still have about 15lbs before I hit my goal of 140. Hoping to hit that by the end of the year. So a 60lb lost is my goal. The lowest I want to be is 125-130.

I completed one round of Insanity so I know your pain LOL. It's hard but it's worth it if you stick with it. Just do the best you can, go hard for as long as you can. Don't try to stay with them go at your own pace. You'll do great! Good luck to you!

RIGHT! And congratulations on the success. I totally agree with everything said. Weight doesn't really mean a thing to me either. I'm just starting to lift any tips? I've been doing my strength training videos from my workout DVD sets and just exercises with free weights.

I forgot about it yesterday. I just finished today's. I'm not as sore as I thought I would be in my core because I've been doing this and other core workout DVDs just about every day. My butt hurts because of those dang sit-ups.

Haha, I went from a DD to a 36 or something like that C. I'm happy to have lost some of it. I hated those suckers. They popped out of everything. Irritated the life out of me.
