T25 only 3-4 times a week?

Let's assume that you could only do T25 for 3 or 4 days a week for 25 minutes a day. How would you modify the schedule? Would you still just go in sequence, or would you cut out some of the workouts?

I would just try and squeeze in the 25 minutes whenever you can. It's not that complicated to do. I work 60 hour weeks usually and can jam in 25 minutes.

I would do doubles and follow the schedule.

I started T25 last week. I'm starting off slow. I did it twice last week. Nearly killed me with how sore my thighs were. I could barely move. I have a pretty hectic schedule but I'm planning on doing it 3 times this week. I do it at 4:30 before class so it's done and out of the way. I feel like you do it the best way possible for you. Whatever works for you.

I think this just depends on you. Whether you go in sequence, or skip days you will still get 25 minutes of hard work on the days you are able to fit it in.

In my opinion, I think there are some workouts that are more beneficial than others, but no matter what you do, at least you are doing something for 25 minutes.

I have completed T25 and now focus on the videos that give me the best overall workout.

This and do doubles when you can. My boss just started this, because of his travel schedule, he's unable to follow the schedule exactly, so when he's home he sticks to the schedule and does a couple of double days to catch up.
