  • I read their one for pregnancy and I didnt finish it. I was so sick that I could barely hold anything down let alone get it in my mouth. The book made it worse and I had to stop reading it before I had nothing left to eat.

  • i dont log it in, but I think of it as my "extra" calories. So if i have a bad day or don't measure something right i have a little wiggle room. Trust me with my little guy I might as well be running a marathon he wants to play "swords" all day long!!! My little pirate.
  • I am breastfeeding as well and I kept my calories as they are I just go over. I played around with the amount of which I go over if I go over more then 400 I gain weight, so I try and stay around 350. I would weigh myself everyday and see what works for you.
  • I'm 5'5" right now I am 142 my goal weight would be 130 if I can get down to it. In high school I could never get past 135. But if I get to 135 and look like I did back then I might let it ride. We shall see when I get there. Right now I am just having issues breaking out of the 140's argh!

  • Once every week my husband sand I try to do a meatless day, here is one of the meals I make (way too easy): I mix pinto beans and corn together and make bean tacos on a whole wheat tortilla. We top it off with some salsa. Depending on if you add cheese, sour cream (greek yogurt), or anything else its pretty low cal.
