Try clearing the caches on your computer internet privacy settings. I read that on another message board and it worked!

Try the LiveFit program from Jamie Eason on bodybuilding.com. It's a 12 week program where she focuses on strength training only the first 4 weeks and then adds cardio afterward. There are also meal plans on there as well. Good luck!

Fruit usually has a lot of sugar , especially the tropical ones like bananas and mangoes. I limit my fruit intake to either a whole one or half a day because of the sugar.

Try to keep your sugar intake in the 20's and maybe limit your starchy foods (if you eat them). I have the same issue, though I'm not at my goal weight yet.

I used to have a set routine each time i work out, but I started becoming bored. So, I try to switch it up with gym classes, jogging outside and weight training every week. Obviously eating is the main key to losing weight as well, so i switch up my meals sometimes too.

You look great! I'm 5' 7" and weigh 155lbs down from 215! I look like you did at 155lbs when I was that heavy, but I want to stop at 145 because I'll look too skinny in the 130's. Maybe I'll post before and afters sometime.

Hi! My name is Kelly and I've been on my weight loss journey for almost 9 months and have lost 60lbs doing so. I wanted to stop at 155lbs (down from 215 lbs), but I would like to lose 10 more pounds and definitely stop at 145lbs since I'm 5' 7" and don't want to look TOO skinny. Good luck everyone!

I ate at Panera Bread the last two days and I think I did pretty good (except for the 1/4 carrot cake muffin i had today). I ordered from the You Pick Two menu, 1/2 bowl of the classic cafe salad with chicken/no onions and a cup of broccoli cheese soup yesterday and black bean soup yesterday. When I started this program (last Wednesday), it defaulted may caloric intake to 1200 calories as well. I think it's because I want to keep losing 2lbs a week.
