  • We all have those "bad" days, dont let it get you down, i had a bad week like that last week and somehow lost 2 pounds. I think its good to "trick" your body into thinking your not on a diet :)

  • I love the Sara Lee 45 cal bread they have a few whole wheat and honey and even white they all taste really good and are only 45 cals per slice :) I love them with fresh ground peanut butter!

  • I had that happen to me for the first few months after i quit breastfeeding all three of my children , i think maybe the first 3 months and after that things went back to normal. It pretty much sucked i feel for you! But i did find that if i stayed active it was a little better .
  • I would order something with lots of veggies and tell them no sauce thats were the cals really add up, then put a bit of low sodium soy sauce on it when you get it , it will still taste good and leave you not feeling bad :)

  • I have noticed that I have been over on protein most of the time a few times over on fat but still under on cals and i still lost weight, i would try not to be over all the time with the carbs and fat , i lost 11 pounds just in December when i joined and was really keeping count, i have been on vacation the last few weeks…
