I would like to join, just had baby#4 and have lots of pregnancy weight to lose. I used mfp to drop all of my baby weight last time and hope to be able to do it again. My goal is to eat healthy stop the soda and workout more. I have what feels like a long way to go but im up for the challange!

I am very new to this whole vegan thing but i usually go for a handfull of nuts, they have fat but its a healthy fat and i realized that i probably wont stick to exactly what mpf says i should be at every day, i also think thats a guideline because everybody is different and has different needs. Personally i think that maintaining is pretty easy when you reach goal. You just have to continue to eat right and stay active :) Congrats on being so close to goal!!!

When you first wake up, then dont do it again at all that day because it will change I try to only weigh in first thing and around the same time each day just drinking water can up your weight during the day but if you weigh the same time every day or even same time same day once a week it will be more accurate. :)

To each his/her own but i have to say i lost my first 38 lbs from working out and eating all of my calories. On the really hard workout days i really needed those extra cals to keep me going. I know everybody is different and maybe that 1000 cal might be ok for awhile but long term? I now am able to eat between 1300-1650…

I feel ya, its 105 where i live in Cali and even with the air cond its hott! I get up early to do my workouts and then shower right after to cool off, makes me feel good to get a good workout in the am, i do better with my eating all day because i worked so hard that i dont want to ruin it lol Good luck!

I had a garage sale a few weeks ago i had soooo many clothes to get rid of and made over $400 for the sale, money to buy new clothes !!!!! The best part of losing weight :) I have lost 50 pounds as of today since last nov so i feel i desirve new clothes(that and mine fall off now which is great!)

I almost always go over on protein, its not a bad thing if you are working out and i have lost weight just fine, when i hit a stall the first thing i up is my protien intake and it always gets me going again, dont be too hard on yourself :)
