  • Andrea-I don't think it did factor in age, I swear I have seen one that has though but wasn't able to find it yesterday. The website did have some articles with explanations that talked about differences for the ages so maybe that will be helpful. I did find this, but not sure on it's accuracy but it does factor in age…
  • Night time is when I get the urge to snack the most! Especially when I am watching tv. Last night I decided to paint my nails which would not allow me to snack on anything! :)
  • Running is my passion, and yes I really do feel that way! After running I really enjoy yoga. I use Yoga Zone's-Yoga Sculpting DVD at home I also like kickboxing and like Jillian Michaels- Banish Fat Boost Metabolism DVD for at home use
  • I think it is up to you as to whether or not you allow yourself "extra" calories based on physical exercise or not. I do feel it would be safe to stay around 1200 and burn, probably will lose more that way. Just my two cents though, and I am not a nutritionist!
