LOL, my pics are open, but thank you. I think you're really pretty. I like your pictures.

Your skin looks so clear!^

450 degrees will FRY your hair. You should not flat iron at that temp!
-
How often do you flat iron? Do you like your curls/waves?

I have to agree with this. I'd expect a totally different reaction if this thread was titled 'sometimes, you just wanna punch someone in the tits/vagina'. Not a dig against you, OP, just an observation...

You have a really pretty smile, honey^

For me, it's my curls. Since I was a kid, everyone has (mostly) identified by that.

It happens, sweetie. Every other week, I don't lose any weight. I know it's frustrating, but hang in there. You can also eat more calories in one day and then go back to normal. I find that helps kick start it for me. Just stay holding on!

It's taken me 17 weeks to lose 30.5lbs. Someone on my friend's list started around the same time as me but has lost twice the amount I have. It's fine - it depends on the person. As long as it's healthy and sustainable. At least it's gone :)

Tofu. I don't eat animals.

Kill the bro-science with fire!

It's because of calorie counting that I have lost 30.5lbs. I couldn't do it before. But, yeah, I get sick of it sometimes.

Whoa, I totally got passed over :( To TPAM - I find your body attractive, in a non pervy way. That doesn't sound pervy, right?

I'm not sure where you're based but my coconut oil only costs £1.99. I would suggest, if you're not already doing so, looking for coconut oil in the food section. Just make sure it's 100%.

Hey! I'm a member there. Hello, fellow LHC'er :)

Shampoo, unless loaded with water insoluble cones, doesn't build up on your hair enough to make it coarse. Pouring hot water on your hair is not good for it - it is damaging. Warm or cold water only. Baking soda is not a good idea for already damaged hair.

Wait, she's just told us she's over chemically processed her hair and you're suggesting she chemically processes it further? Are you being serious?

^In regards to this, only trim if you have split ends. You do not need to get your ends trimmed every 4-6 weeks. You need a trim when your ends are split. If you don't have a massive amount of split ends, you can do what I do and do a 'S&D'. A search and destroy is when you look through your hair at the individual strands,…

Every time you dye or chemically process your hair, it lifts up the cuticle. That is the job of the dye - to lift the cuticle, to gain entrance to the cortex of the hair and deposit colour. It tries to put the cuticle back down, but it doesn't do a very good job. And every time you chemically process again, the cuticle…

I have no friends :( My depression has a huge part to play in this.

I'll be building a mini ark in London.

Every time someone notices I've lost weight, fireworks burst inside me. In fact, I feel a bit hurt if someone who hasn't seen me since I was fat doesn't mention it. People who get upset over compliments are idiots, to me, anyway.
-
I like your smile :)^
-
This will not end well.

I hit 'mini-plateau's about once a fortnight :( I find eating over my calories then back to normal helps.

Best explanation I've seen.
