A one day "cheat day" doesn't hurt either. Maybe try to take care of those cravings in controled portions all in one day and get it over with. When you get back to your usual healthy eating plan, that extra from your 'cheat day' will come right back off. It helps to fool your metabolism into working harder.

I'd love to join the challenge!! I started out at 184 3 weeks ago, so it would be great to be at 164 or less by the end of May!! I certainly hope this gets me out and walking more!!
