Cool, I have heard a lot of people doing the 30 day shred I should check it out. 90 days is a long time, insanity is a little over 60. I have done the videos for a couple weeks in the past then do something else, short attention span here. :) great workouts though!

I like the beat the clock. For this i will aim to beat my 5k time, 40:13 according to my running app. I jog and take walking breaks so will try to do the whole distrance running.

Week 2 mini goals: -track everything!!!(been lazy with tracking food/exercise) so get back into the habit of entering my food. and stick withen my calorie allowances -20km running for the week _if anyone uses nike running app i am looking for friends on there -3 other exercise sessions Finish goals: lose 10lbs

Start weight 149 joining you guys a week late. I usually just track everything on my phone but i think it will be nice to try joining a group. looking forward to some challenges.
