I wish I could lose 1.5lbs a week! My husband cut ONE thing out of his eating habits and started exercising 30 minutes 5 days a week and lost 30 stinking pounds in 5 weeks!!! I do that and NOTHING!!! I know it stinks, but just keep plugging a way.

I'm going to give it a go. My whole goal is to lose 10-15lbs total. New Year's Day is my personal goal because it's my anniversary and I want to look AWESOME in my little black dress! Good luck!

That happened to me a couple of weeks ago! It was VERY discouraging, but I KNEW I had been paying close attention to my calorie intake. There's a LOT of sodium in Thanksgiving. Drink LOTS of water and you'll see your scale go back down in a couple of days. Divide your weight in half and drink that number in ounces, and…
