Working out or exercise is probably the best thing to enduce a period naturally, Good for cramps too :D Its a very normal thing to happen and if you have POS its even better (we all want to be regular)

I find the ABSOLUTE best replacement is Flavoured diet mineral water, It completely satisfies that craving for soda and is only 5 calories per 200ml, Of course you still need to drink water but its the best replacement for that craving!
