Hi, This is a nice little support group, mind if I join in? I've lost 20lb since joining MFP, but I lost another 20lb prior to that, have changed jobs and suffering from anxiety depression. I'm on the long road to recovery now, and looking forward tot he fight to lose the next 70lbs!!
