  • Try wearing workout clothes that are extra absorbent. Sounds kinda silly but maybe try pinning a small towel around your neck while working out? Then immediately shower after your workout. Or maybe try using some of those Ban Refreshing Towelettes a few times during the workout. Good luck!!

  • My average binge consists of probably about 2000 in one sitting. This is after I've eaten all my calories for the day (around 1600). I try to eat healthily all day, and I don't restrict myself too much. So I don't know. This is why I'm so utterly disgusted with myself.
