Well, it does not look like there is much action here either. MF did a great job of fragmenting people! What a disaster!

I did the program back in 2008 and I lost 87 pounds in 7 months. Then, life changed and I went haywire and gained all the weight back plus more. I can't believe how much I have to lose but I am taking it one packet and one day at a time. I don't buy from TSFL or the MF site anymore. There are several very good ebay sellers…

I love the Medifast program. The first time I was on it, I lost 87 pounds in less than 8 month then the prednisone started again and it has been on heck of a gain. I know the program works and I have confidence in it.

Since I have just restarted Medifast I am not doing any exercise. When I was on it before, I did Walk Away the Pounds by Leslie Sansone, light toning exercises and some yoga/stretch.
