Hi Ladies! I just joined MFP last week. I currently live in Grand Prairie. I want to loose approximately 35-40 lbs. I just had a baby in May and want to teach my boys (I have 3 boys, almost 7, 5 and 5 months) to eat healthy. and of course, I can't do that without changing my eating habits.

I did 5 minutes and listedn to MIT Gangnam Style while doing it. Next time, I'm going to find a shorter step (at least until I get back into shape). :wink:
