No offense, but the scale is your issue. It's not a true reflection of what is happening to your body. I agree, most likely it is water. My advice is stay off the scale. put it away where you can't see it everyday and watch your body change.

Its hard to get all your protein through daily foods without feeling stuffed. I eat 200 g a day and get 60 of that through shakes 3x a day.

Take a protein bar with you and eat that while they are eating the not the best for you foods :) and have fun!:happy:
