I have 100 pounds to lose. Type one diabetic on the LCHF/Keto way of eating. I've done it before and had results. I took a month off from it and gained some weight back. I am now in week 2 of being back at it.

Love it. On day 2. Its a little intense and the moves are hard to master at first. There isn't a modifier.

Me too. I re started a couple of days ago. I lost ten pounds last time i was on here back in january. I decided after having put all the weight i lost back on, that i would start over.

Oh and dont worry about the warm up wiping you out. It does it to us all. The warm up is done three times. And it gets intense. Just keep with it.

I also was one that was just going to do Insanity and eat whatever i wanted. Do not do that. I only started seeing results after I started dieting along with it. I weigh myself every morning. Its nice to see exactly what my body is doing everyday. It helps me to keep going because usually every morning im at least a pound lighter.
