Maybe we just need not take everything too personally...after all, different folks have different perspective of beauty, or in this case, "acceptable" weight and height proportions. I'm about the same height, and I have lost almost 18 lbs on a 1,200 and eating some of my exercise calories back. But since I have just recently crossed my halfway mark, I've added 100 calories just coz I thought I will slowly bring myself up to my maintenance calories.

I'm 5'0, and my goal weight was 130, will re-evaluate when I get there to see if I need to make it 125 to have some "buffer". :) I would love to have some friends that has similar goals, so please feel free to add me. :smile:

I'm 5' and my current weight is 146 lbs. My initial goal weight was 130 but since ive already lost about 13 lbs., i think I'll aim for 125ish to give me a bit of a buffer or depending on how it looks on me. Please feel free to add me. Its great to find people with similar weight goals...

Me! I eat practically anything I want to eat, I just try to make sure they are within my calorie limits.

I am 5'0', sometimes 5'1", starting weight between 161-165lbs, GW 130lbs. This is my second time in attempting to lose at least 30 lbs.
