  • I recommend a book by Gillian McKeith, an english author whose book is called "You are what you eat". She is not vegetarian but her recipes are very veg-friendly as there is very little meat in there. She is a big advocate of very healthy eating - particularly in cutting down on wheat - and talks at length about nutrition.…
