I had to increase my calories from 1200 to 1500, and still, I'm starting to see some changes:). I had to do this because I was really hungry, and didn't want to starve myself. So, if you feel like it, you should eat more, because this program is really intense;) Good luck with it!

I know what you mean... I haven't done my workouts either since Christmas, because of sickness... It's really frustrating to not be able to do it, when I started to finally enjoy them... However, as you said, gotta be safe:) Get well soon:flowerforyou:

Thanks for your advices, it's possible that I've been overtraining, and got sick because of that. My treatment consists of tees, and pills, but they don't have increased appetite as a side effect, I checked it. Anyway, I decided that I'll rest for a few days:)

So, I did my first fit test today and it was pretty intense, but I liked it:) It's awesome that I can see how much everyone has improved, it's really motivating! I'm done too:D, finally! I've lost a couple of inches around my body, but I'm definitely shredded. The pounds I've lost turned into confidence:) So, all in all it was totally worth it!

I really haven't given up anything, I just replaced them:) Like sweets with fruits, pasta with rice and so on. I think if you replace some unhealthy food with healthier ones it's much more easier:) If you are hungry, you just eat something healthier instead of junk food. This really works;)
