I use sugar free blackberry preserves, almond extract, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg, fresh fruit and dried fruit. Just use your imagination! There are endless things to add.

I weigh every morning and normally log once a week. UNLESS like today, I had a .8 loss since yesterday. That I definitely logged.

Maybe more balanced food choices would help. And definitely don't skip meals.

You need to eat more calories! It seems weird to eat more to lose more but it works. You need to have enough fuel for your body to sustain the workouts you're doing. Your calories are really, really low.

I'm not a big fan of candy, ice cream or cake. Mashed potatoes are my thing. I've found I can satisfy that particular craving with roasted potatoes which while not quite as good, satisfy the potato craving.

Eating more works. It sounds totally backwards, but it works. The more I eat, the more I lose (keeping within my calorie goals and exercising of course). I'm averaging a pound every five days!

What I find bizarre are the Dove chocolate ads that show up on the right side of the screen. Really? How much of that do you really think you'll sell on a weight loss site!

I also bought this one and I totally love it! It was easy to assemble, doesn't take up much space and really gives a great workout. I also use 4 lb weights to work my arms. I bought mine at www.wayfair.com. They have free shipping and it was delivered in two days. Great price too.

Bump. I bought Zumba for Wii and only tried it for a few minutes. It seems I'm totally klutzy and hard a hard time following the steps. Curious about other peoples experience with it.

I log everything. What's the point of lying in your food diary? You know what you ate or drank so log it even if you have to break it down ingredient by ingredient.

I'm 56 and menopausal. The key is watch your diet and exercise. I'm losing an average of a pound a week. Menopause or not, it can be done!

I've very proud of myself for walking past the peeps and buying none which means eating none! Even though there were peep chicks and peep bunnies..... I love those......

I could only see two dresses. The first one was rather sleazy looking, but the second one was just stunning!

I had my knee repaired about 25 years ago and have had no problems with it until a couple of days ago. There's no pain but its really swollen. I suspect I twisted it while bowling.
