Looks like you're doing great. Give it at least a couple of weeks of logging everything and see where you are then. Make sure you take the before pictures and measurements. That's where you'll really see the difference - the scale not so much..... Good luck to you!

I went to the local Farmer's Market on my way home from work. I got apricots, fresh spinach, slipper lobsters, peaches, and roma tomatoes. I put them all in a jumbo salad and it was awesome!

I did, on the top of my wrist. My doctor did the book method for a while but I eventually had to have it surgically removed.

There is no way to tell since nearly everything is entered as quick calories. You really need to take the time to really log the actual food so you can track your nutrition. It also appears that you are not eating enough calories daily. You should NET no less than 1220 a day.

I'm 5'5", 145 pounds and I fit in some size 12 pants and depending on brand, a size 10.
