I did the 30 minute Bob Harper kettlebell body shred. I'm still catching my breathe and I can feel my muscles shaking. Really good workout, hard, but doable. I really liked it!

Snack pack low calorie pudding. I love the caramel (80 calories) and the tapioca (100 calories). I also love the Quaker creme brule rice cakes. Too me they just taste decadent.

I started by logging every single thing I ate or drank. Big eye-opener for me. I starting really watching my portion size and I bought an elliptical. I've only lost 5 pounds so far but I've lost inches and I feel better.

On baked potatoes, with berries, mixed with drained tuna and topped with lemon pepper, layed in lasagna, on cantaloupe, on crackers, use your imagination - the list is endles.

I will! I've been trying to find workouts (other than just the elliptical) that I can do that don't involve a bunch of jumping around. (Old gal, bad knee!)

Sounds like a good idea. I'm older, and really need to work on the arms - some days my shoulder joints feel like they're turning to stone! I thought this might help. I'm open to any advice!

I track everyday. Even on a "cheat" day. It keeps me honest.

Happy Sunday to all! I weighed in this morning and nothing! I've lost the same five pounds twice in the past 45 days. Last week I changed up my calories and this week I'm starting the 30 day shred and Bob Harper kettlebell workout. Maybe changing up the exercise will help. Its frustrating but I'm keeping at it!.

Hulu has a bunch under Get Fit Stay Fit. I've done several and really liked them. There are a bunch on Netflix instant as well.

Oh my gosh can you write! I pictured every suit you described - I'm sure I've tried them all on. I finally went with a tankini; boy leg shorts, cups for the girls and covers the belly.

Maybe this is a weird one, but I'm 56 years old. I've had the wrinkly, crepey looking, tortoise looking throat. I just notiiced this afternoon that its completely gone! Just smooth and no wrinkles! It apparently went with the fat! Now that makes me happy!!
