  • Good luck......If you want to add me as a friend....feel free.
  • Hi.....may I add a comment for you. Here is goes. Some exercises that you can do are, as you are already doing, squats, lunges, sit ups, crunches, planks......also push ups, mountain climbers, scissor kicks and burpees. I would recommend that you pick and choose a few a day.......do 30 seconds on and 15 seconds off. As…
  • Anytime....Have a great day.
  • Don't give up. I understand the migraines. I get them sometimes as well. Not so much anymore as I have gotten older. When I first started to loose weight I was not doing very well. I could not get past the eating of the bad stuff. And to be honest with you. I still have a nice snack every now and then. I think that if you…
  • Please feel free to add me as a friend. I have struggled with the motivation as well, but my support group on here is amazing and now I would like to be able to help someone else.
  • No one should criticize you for the 7 min workout. It is moving and moving is always good. Don't let is get you down. I am sure that a lot of people have said.....Walk......I am gonna say that too. A half hour to an hour walk every day or every other day is a great start. Stay true to this program and the weight will come…
  • I smile and blush and say yes....thank you for noticing. Then I politely change the subject. lol
  • 1200 Calories is insane. You cannot and should not live healthy on that. Use this program and let it tell you what you need. I have been using it for a while and it works great. I am 46 and had been big for a long time. Someone suggested this to me and it has been a blessing. Be honest with the questions it asks and stay…
  • One more thing that I do and I think it is very very important to keep myself motivated. Pick a day that you can eat whatever you want for a half an hour. Your weekly cheat meal. I do it once a week and it gives me something to look forward to and keeps me strait. it also kinda shocks your body after a week of clean eating…
  • I do eat supper. I do not eat a lot though. I try to eat a salad with grilled chicken or something like that. Or if I eat a regular meal.... I eat half of what I used to. I am not really hungry at that time, so I don't feel the need to eat a lot.
  • Don't feel bad. Most of the people trying to loose weight have the same problem. That is why we are here. I can make a few suggestions that have really helped me stay away from food late at night. I eat a really large breakfast....lots of protein. I have a snack around 10 and then a good size lunch. I eat another snack at…
  • I just saw your post. I agree we all need someone to push us when we have no motivation to get up and do it. I have lost 40 pounds all together from the support of my group of friends on here. You are more than welcome to join us. We have new people and older people. So if you like.....add me as a friend and welcome back…
  • Hey there, I understand wanting the 6 pack. I've wanted one since I was like 16 (30 years ago) lol Anyway......I have had a lot of success with this program and the friends that I have made on here. My friends on here are very supportive and positive people. Hope you have a great day. You can friend me if you like.
  • Well.....today....I am in shorts and a polo. Yesterday.....jeans and a polo. My office is pretty laid back.
  • I have had shoulder issues and could not do push ups for a while. I started doing incline push ups from my desktop or from the back of a chair or leaning against a wall. After building my shoulder back up I can now get to the floor again. Just do a little at a time and you will get stronger. Also.....I would not quit…
  • I found this guy who does the same thing with bananas. Here is the link. http://jeffsanders.com/how-to-eat-30-bananas-a-day/
  • You are gonna start having problems with important updates and such. You may also start getting more spyware because your OS cannot do security updates. Make sure that you have a good anti-virus and spyware program to help with those problems. It is unfortunate that they are cutting support, but change is inevitable. lol
  • Good luck with your journey. Feel free to friend me if you like.
  • Very nice. You should be proud. Just keep in you head that you can do it. Get friends and family to help motivate you. Set goals and when you reach them treat yourself with something nice. Nice going. Good luck in the future. You can friend me if you like
  • Good Morning ...... I am also a second time user. I have lost a lot of weight with this program. I have trouble staying motivated as well......my family encourages me, but it is still hard. I have found that if I have something to look forward to or something visible in front of me I am more likely to stay on course. I…

  • Hey there... I am a guy who was in the same boat. Not the getting married thing, but I had a goal that was really frustrating to get to. I have a few friends that help me stay on track. Find a buddy that is not afraid to tell you the truth and have them keep you honest with your eating and exercise. I started dieting in…
  • I have to agree with the calorie deficit plan. I have been using this for about 6 months and have lost almost 35 Lbs. Most of that was in the first 8 weeks. I have been maintaining lately. If you would increase your protein intake you would not feel as hungry and it will help boost your metabolism. I have had great results…
  • I am a husband and father of 3 so there are a lot of mouths to feed. Unfortunately my family is pretty picky about their food, so I have had to find new ways to feed them healthy and cheap. Chicken and pork are probably the best things I can buy at a good price. Also fruit and frozen veggies. Also.....learn to make your…
