Having a bad day , have well and truly stuffed up - bought some chocolate bars and have stupidly eaten the whole pack. Holding my head in shame :embarassed:

Didn't realise that sleep patterns played such a part , I'm really shattered know I am over tired and can fall asleep at the drop of a hat , but then I wake up when I should be asleep . But yes then I feel like snacking

Well done you , you should be proud of yourself . Like you I'm trying to lose weight because of health issues, you may find that as you continue to lose weight that your back hurts you less. Good luck xx

This might sound silly but forgive me if it does. Got a recommended calorie intake of 1600 calories , which is mostly fine. But I'm doing more excercising now I feel healthier - nearly everyday I end up eating the recommended amount and still having a similar amount to spare. Yesterday took the dog for a walk and then…
