I did my first outdoor run on week 6 and I WISH I would have done it earlier. Outside is so much nicer. Also, I didnt notice a difference with the difficulty level, but that's just me. Good luck and have fun! I hate running on the treadmill now =)

This is so great! Last week my goal was 300 minutes of exercise. I have 305 minutes down and still have a 60 minute workout planned this afternoon. Woo hoo!!! So this week/starting tomorrow, my goal will be 350 minutes of exercise.

I burn about 600-700 in zumba also.

I have 6 week 6 pack, No more trouble zones, and her cardio kickboxing video. All are great/tough workouts.

If you have 10-20 bucks, I would buy a couple of Jillian Michaels workout videos. I did 6 week 6 pack and No More Trouble Zones yesterday and Im SO sore! haha They do require weights though. If you cant afford them, 2 cans of veggies or fruits will work fine.

Im doing Week 3 Day 3 tomorrow. I have a couple friends doing it with me and everytime we finish our runs we text eachother to tell eachother we finished, that way we are held accountable =) Im signed up to run my first 5k on March 13th. Im soo excited!!! I run at a 6 on the tredmill and walk at 3.7.
