  • Day 5, done. I had kind of an accidental rest day yesterday. I didn't get my workout in in the AM, then somehow it was 10pm and I never did it. Ooops!

  • What's everyone doing for rest days? Does Jillian recommend 30DS every day or 1 rest day a week or what? I did first 3 days, then took yesterday as a rest day. Feel great now and the soreness is pretty much all gone, but we'll see how I feel after today's workout! :wink:
