Try to find something that you like for exercise, could just be a hobby. I like Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, 20min a day and I see results quick. Well day 4 of Ripped in 30 Level 1 is done. It is still going well, new parts of my body are sore now but I keep thinking that eventually it will go away and my body will get adjusted. I feel great though after each workout is over, very relaxed. I actually find that this workout helps get rid of any stress that I have.
