Even if you only lose 1/2 lb a week, at the end of the year you will have lost 26lbs. Don't give up what you want MOST for what you want NOW.

I love this idea. I need to get back on track this year. On January 5 I began to concentrate again on eating right. My motto was "One day at a time." So 2 days of good eating, logging and exercising. Today, so far so good. I don't have time to write my goals for today but I want to come back to this.

I saw the movie last year and it was good. I hope to read the book it was based on soon. This time next year, I hope to be down another 50 lbs. I have been toying with the idea of doing a 10K also. I don't have a specific size or goal weight. I'm taking it month by month.
