I'm addicted to cheese and definately have an intolerance for the more fatty varieties, SOOO one of my other problems is most high fat items give me stomach upset D:

I am eating seafood and eggs and dairy still! Just trying to limit my cheese intake (im an addict!!) haha

This summer I lost 17 pounds because I would make sure to eat from about 1200 to 1550 calories per day and make sure I focused more on what my calories consisted of! I know its scary, but MFP kind of sucks in a way that they make you think you NEED 1200 calories to lose weight. Good luck!!
