i agree i'd certainly speak with your doctor... hopefully there will be something he/she is able to do. ultimately you need to fuel your body.... as hard as it is, i'd say you may want to carry snacks around all day and just make sure you're "fueling up". you can do it :)

my advise is to let yourself indulge once a day on a meal and keep it light the rest of the day. take walks when you can to see the sights, as far as drinking goes.... keep it "light" as in color (clear liquor and seltzer water). ask for sweeteners that you know are natural, honey, fruits, nectar, etc. wine is not a bad…
